This workshop provides an important opportunity for anyone interested in coaching and organisational constellations, to do their own personal work. Over 2 days, we will have time to do approximately 8 – 10 constellations on issues that present themselves. These might include issues with relationships; with work and career purpose or direction; with money; with important life choices and decisions; issues with feeling stuck and ambivalent; supervision issues relating to clients, colleagues and associates; difficult team dynamics; on important project start-ups; on helping your business to thrive; and on seeking solutions to a variety of personal or professional difficulties.
Structure & Ethos
Workshops accommodate between 8 – 20 participants. Each Issue-holder will have the opportunity to discuss their topic with the facilitator, and set-up a constellation using other group members as representatives of the elements of their issue. From this initial 'systemic map', the facilitator will work explore the dynamics in play, and do what is possible to bring insight and resolution to the underlying difficulty.
Care will be taken to establish a clear confidentiality boundary within which our work can take place safely.
There will be a split pricing policy according to whether participants wish to do their own constellations work, or observe/be a representative in other people’s constellations. If financial circumstances exclude anyone from a place, a bursary rate is possible upon application.
Who should attend?
This workshop is for anyone who wishes to experience the power and possibilities of organisational and coaching constellations. Participants might include coaches, consultants, managers, business owners, healthcare professionals, spiritual teachers, educators, activists, and anyone engaged in organisational and social change. No prior experience of constellations is required – participants are welcome who might be new to this work, as well as those who might have considerable experience of constellations. People who wish to observe and participate in other people’s constellations, but not do their own work, are also welcome to attend at a reduced price (please contact Ty Francis for details by emailing him on firstname.lastname@example.org)
For those doing their own work, the main benefit is clearly deep insight in to, and often some resolution of, intractable difficulties relating to work and life. However, the systemic orientation of this work also affords everyone some helpful perspectives on, and insight in to our patterns more generally. As time will be given for questions relating to technique, participants will also deepen their understanding of constellations methods and practices.
In order to keep prices affordable, we do not offer refunds on cancelled places. It might be possible to transfer your place to another person you nominate, with sufficient notice. In exceptional circumstances we will consider offering you a place on another programme within 6 months of the date of your original booking.
