This workshop serves as an introduction to the practice of Organisational and Coaching Constellations. We will be exploring the systemic principles that enable and constrain leaders and that support or thwart organisational flourishing; learning the stages of a constellation; considering applications in 1-2-1 and group settings; and learning constellations exercises that can be easily integrated in to everyday coaching and professional practice. This will be a highly experiential and practical workshop, where we will explore ‘live’ personal and professional issues brought by you as participants. As well as having demonstrations of Constellations and teaching about this innovative approach, you will have the opportunity to undertake mini-Constellations in small groups, and explore 1-2-1 coaching applications.
The programme will be highly experiential. It will include demonstrations of Constellations, group discussions, practical work in pairs, triads and small groups, and theory inputs. While the teaching style responds to the needs of the group, as they arise, basic content will include:
- The history of Constellations work and current developments in practice
- The theory of natural systemic ‘Orders’
- The stages of a Constellation
- 1-2-1 Coaching Constellations
- Applications in coach and consultant supervision
Who should attend?
The workshop is suitable both for people with no previous experience of Organisational and Coaching Constellations, who wish to have an intensive practical introduction to the work, as well as for those who have some experience and who wish to refresh and extend their practical skills in facilitating a Constellation. Participants often include managers, coaches and consultants, change practitioners, educators, therapists and others in the helping professions.
“This was ‘lightbulb’ learning for me. I highly recommend this training!”
